Director of Training
The Midwest Assistance Program, Inc. is seeking a talented training professional to develop, implement and increase the capacity of its training division. MAP’s operational, financial, management and leadership training is designed to improve the technical skills, governance capacity and leadership of community and tribal leaders to address their infrastructure needs. Applicants must demonstrate an understanding of mechanisms of adult learning and apply appropriate training concepts to various situations. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. Applicants must be highly self-motivated and be able to work independently. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, computer expertise and a minimum of five years of experience in training, classroom education or related activities. Travel is required.
