MAP's quarterly newsletter, "WaterLog," is
an informative tool for local leaders. The newsletter is a successful business tool
intended to convey information, educate and create a favorable public opinion that will
increase inquiries and bolster support.
Each quarter, over 9,000 copies are sent to the target
audience which includes: community leaders (local government officials, including clerks,
mayors, county commissioners; water and sewer districts; housing authorities;
reservations) in towns less than 2,500 population.
Other interested groups with similar missions, i.e.
extension service, engineering firms, regional planning councils, resource conservation
and development districts, rural electric cooperatives, legislators (state and national),
state and national agencies, and RCAPs.
