Josh Jabalera

Josh Jabalera has been a Certified Water (4AB) and Wastewater (4C) in Montana for the past six years, with a Bachelor of Science degree from Rocky Mountain College.  During that time he operated multiple community water systems in rural areas.  Josh has helped small communities regain and maintain compliance on water and wastewater issues as well as providing a plan for sustainability into the future.  Related and extensive experience includes disaster preparedness, operator training, public safety, sampling procedures, construction oversight, and environmental issues that affect public health.
