Midwest Assistance Program’s Revolving Loan Fund (pdf, 64k) helps small communities and tribal nations jumpstart infrastructure, housing, technology, aging and economic development projects through low-cost, short-term loans.

The Revolving Loan Fund offers flexible products to meet your needs, including: pre-development loans, interim financing, construction loans and “gap” financing, and equipment loans.
