Construction Assessments
MAP staff or an independent contractor working with MAP will attend any pre-bid or pre-construction conference associated with the owners proposed project activity. (Minutes of the pre-bid and/or preconstruction conference can be kept and generated by MAP if the engineer and owner so desires.) MAP will also attend monthly construction progress meetings during the life of the construction activity if the funding agency, engineer and owner so desires. MAP will make sure that all construction records are kept up-to-date during the construction period. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to: engineering observation reports; monitoring reports for funding agencies; quantities of materials installed and/or stored by the contractor and other necessary data as requested by the owner or funding agency.
