Income Surveys
Median Household Income (MHI) and Low-Moderate Income (LMI) are two of the determining factors of your loan and grant eligibility. MAP staff will visit your community and walk you through the various steps of the income survey, calculate your MHI and LMI, and send the community and the required agencies the results.
