If wastewater systems are not operated and maintained appropriately, the system will experience premature breakdowns and unnecessary repair expenses as well as possibly become noncompliant with permit requirements. This course covers basic functions and preventative measures to be practiced for proper operation and maintenance of small wastewater systems.
