Josh Jabalera


Josh has been a Certified Water (4AB) and Wastewater (4C) in Montana for the past eight years, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Rocky Mountain College.  During that time, he operated multiple community water and wastewater systems in rural areas.  Josh has helped small communities regain and maintain compliance on water and wastewater issues as well as providing a plan for sustainability into the future.

During his time with MAP, Josh has developed strong relationships with the communities in which he is providing assistance. Josh has worked with leading industry professionals to further his knowledge and experience.  Josh's related and extensive experience includes operator training, public safety, sampling procedures, construction oversight, security, flood preparedness, disaster mitigation, and environmental issues that affect public health.
