Mary Mullane
Mary joined the Midwest Assistance Program in 2024 as a Project Manager and Technical Assistance Provider. She is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. Mary’s education was primarily focused on hydrology and water resources. She further expanded her skills through multiple internships at government agencies around the Twin Cities area. Some of her skills include water quality sampling, monitoring, and aquatic invasive species management across various Minnesota environments. Mary Mullane has worked with different communities to address water conservation, lake and stream health, and aquatic invasive species.
In addition to her fieldwork, Mary Mullane is passionate about public outreach and education. She has organized various community volunteer events and taught lessons on aquatic invasive species prevention. When not working on water-related projects, Mary Mullane enjoys spending her time outdoors, traveling, camping, and with friends, while also advocating for clean water initiatives. |
