Andrew Olson

Andrew Olson joined the Midwest Assistance Program team in 2024 as a Project Manager/ Technical Assistance Provider. Olson has over seven years of experience in management of water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities. Over the years, his responsibilities have included performing water, distribution, and wastewater operations, maintenance, sampling, testing, meter reading, meter replacement, and utility line locating.
Before working in water systems, Andrew worked in various health care systems as a cardiac invasive specialist for eight years. Upon leaving the healthcare field, Andrew and obtained a Class C Water License and a Class D Wastewater license in Minnesota and several small communities there for eight years as a Water and Wastewater Operator.
