Lonnie Kevin Clark

Lonnie Kevin Clark joined Midwest Assistance Program, Inc. in 2022. He is an experienced operator with over twenty years of experience working with every aspect of small city utilities, from chief operator to utility superintendent. Lonnie has held numerous Missouri Department of Natural Resource (DNR) certifications over his career in industrial and municipal wastewater & collection and distribution systems. He has also worked as the training coordinator for one of the world’s largest food manufacturing companies. Additional training includes Incident Command System (ICS) & Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), and 30 hours in OSHA (Occupation Safety Health & Health) General Industry Safety and Health. Lonnie is a problem solver and looks forward to providing rural communities with the tools they need to succeed.
