Lee Allen joined MAP as a Project Manager/Technical Assistance Provider in 2023. Lee Allen is located in northwest Wyoming and has nine years of experience in municipal water and wastewater operation and as Public Works Director. Prior to that, Lee spent 10 years working for a large irrigation district in the Big Horn basin of Wyoming, nine of those years as manager.
