Private Well Trainings
Well Owner

Standard agenda for these seminars includes but is not limited to recordkeeping, state regulations, well system components, wellhead management, contaminants, and testing. These seminars are available to well owners in any setting. Requested examples include, established community meetings such as annual home owner association meetings or event-like fairs. MAP will also work to create stand-alone events in any community or area of interest. MAP tailors all trainings and seminars to meet the local concerns and interests.
Sanitarian/Environmental Health Professionals
Trainings and workshops targeted at sanitarians and environmental health professionals. These trainings/workshops will have a curriculum designed to meet the educational goals of each group and provide them with the essential tools they need to assist well owners. Examples include, but are not limited to, water treatment solutions, sampling and interpreting results, well construction and related issues. MAP strives to create and provide targeted information related to the interest of the professionals expected to attend each individual event.
Stakeholder
Trainings and workshops targeted at any other professional that may interact with well owners, have interest in groundwater, or would just like professional development pertaining to private wells. These trainings/workshops will provide attendees with information on current materials and resources available to assist them while interacting with well owners.
