Sam France

Sam joined Midwest Assistance Program, Inc. in 2023 as a Project Manager/Technical Assistance Provider. He has over seven years of experience operating Class A and B Water and SA Wastewater systems. He specialized in pressure filtering including PFAS, iron, and manganese removal systems in municipal water distribution. Sam also has invested a considerable amount of time coordinating projects with engineers, contractors, and public stakeholders in both municipal water and wastewater systems. He enjoys finding solutions to unique problems and is willing to see through each project and situation. His current licensing in Minnesota includes Class B water, Class SC wastewater, NASSCO PACP, and 5110 Backflow Tester. Sam has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
