Stephanie Ross

Ross has over twenty years’ experience in education and fifteen years’ experience in management and environmental work at the local, state and federal level working with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the United States Department of Agriculture. She has an Associate of Arts Degree from Wentworth Junior College and a Bachelors in Education at Missouri Western State University.

Ross maintains a Certified Water and Wastewater Operator License in Missouri and Kansas. She is also a Certified Solid Waste Technician in Missouri with household hazardous waste training. She provides training to certified operators, staff and elected officials for technical, managerial and financial compliance with public works infrastructure in coordination with primacy and statutes. She also has NIMS and ICS training certification with a background in emergency management.
