Rural Community Needs Survey 2018

Midwest Assistance Program is seeking information on your community’s needs. Through your response to this survey, you have taken part in shaping the future of your Rural America.

Your opinion matters. This is not your average survey! The results from this survey will be shared with all of your Representatives and Senators in Washington DC.  It is important they know the real issues facing our small, rural, and tribal communities from the people living in them.
