USDA RD Borrowing

Having trouble with the "maze" of paperwork required to comply or borrow from Rural Development? Let MAP help with our all new RD Borrowers Guide. Developed by our RCAP national affiliate, a new comprehensive guide has been created to assist with all questions related to RD forms, regulations and steps to getting RD funding. Combine this with a 4 hour MAP training on the subject and your utility will be "in-the-know" on RD utility borrowing programs. Additionally MAP staff will work with your local RD field office to have a specialist present at the training to help you with one-on-one assistance (where available, restrictions may apply). All participants will receive the all new RCAP borrowers guide as well as all RD forms in electronic format.
