Cody, WY Current position: Manager of Shoshone Municipal Pipeline (SMP) a regional water system serving just over 28,000 municipal and rural customers in the Northern Big Horn Basin of Wyoming. Craig has 42 years of experience in mainly water treatment, transmission, and distribution of potable water. He has over 30 years of supervisory and management experience and has set up short and long-term construction and expense plans, administered construction projects, and developed budgets. Memberships and Associations: 30 year member of the American Water Works Association, 27 year voting member and strong supporter of the Wyoming Association of Rural Water Systems Educational background: AAS degree in Water/Wastewater Technology from Red Rocks Community College in Golden, Colorado MAP Board member since February 2021

Vice Chairman

Ness City, KS Current Position: Nathan is a Certified General Appraiser for High Plains Farm Credit and also part-owner and operator of a family farm in Ness County. He has served on the Extension Council, numerous church boards, Executive Director in the Ness County Amusement Company Association, Old Settlers Committee, KSFMRA board member, and has aided in other community events. Nathan has also worked as a teacher, coach, activity director, and recreation director. Educational Background: Nathan graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Education. Memberships and Associations: American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers. MAP Board member since April 2022​

Des Moines, IA ​Current Position: Executive Director at Central Iowa Water Works, a regional production water authority that is responsible for drinking water treatment, water system planning, and the wholesale delivery of water across the Des Moines, Iowa, metro. She previously served as the Executive Director of the Western Area Water Supply Authority, a political subdivision of the State of North Dakota providing domestic and industrial water across 5,000 square miles in northwest North Dakota. Educational Background: Master of Business Administration - University of Texas at Tyler, Master of Environmental Science, Hydrology – University of Oklahoma, PhD (ABD) International Educational Leadership – University of Montana Memberships and Associations: North Dakota Water Coalition; Housing Commission- City of Williston, ND; Governor Doug Burgum's Restart Task Force; and Missouri River Joint Water Resource Board​ MAP Board member since February 2023

Lebanon, MO Current Position: Jill currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association (CMFCAA), an organization that is dedicated to providing programs and funding to assist foster and adoptive children as well as their families. She has also served as CEO of Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation, COO of Hoyleton Ministries, and Director of Enrichment Center at Bluegrass Oakwood. Educational Background: Master of Business Administration - Eastern Kentucky University; Master of Arts in Psychology- Southern Illinois University; Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Biology - Southern Illinois University. ​MAP Board member since February 2024

Albany, MO Current Position: Rob currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Defense Support of Civilian Agencies (DSCA) under L2 defenses. Over the years, Rob has also worked as a Site Inspector Crew Leader for FEMA, Subject Matter Expert for General Dynamics Information Technology. Rob also served 25 years in the United States Army, where he took on various roles such as: Personnel/Training Manager Unit Training NCO, Operations Manager Missouri RTI Operations Sergeant Major, Missouri Army National Guard - AGR Division Manager, State Personnel Sergeant Major, and United States Army Corps of Engineer Senior Advisor, Command Sergeant Major, Awards and Honors: Rob has been awarded with both the Bronze Star and Purple Heart awards for his 25 years of active duty in the United States Army. Edina, MN Current Position: Tyson is an Underwriting Counsel at Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, bringing a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to joining Old Republic, he served as a Claims Attorney for a national title insurer, where he advanced to the position of Senior Claims Counsel. Tyson also spent nearly a decade as General Counsel for a major title company in Minnesota, providing strategic legal guidance and industry expertise. Memberships and Associations: South Dakota Bar Association and Minnesota Bar Association. MAP Board member since December 2024

Fargo, ND Current Position Rachel is a Project Manager for AE2S, overseeing more than 70 projects across six states, including Lead and Copper Rule Revision initiatives. She leads AWIA Risk and Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response Plan compliance efforts, and assists with funding opportunities, grant applications, and documentation. Her experience includes managing large infrastructure projects and ensuring regulatory and financial compliance. Educational Background: Rachel holds a Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Mary. Memberships, Certifications, and Associations: ASCP Board Certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, licensed as a Medical Technologist in North Dakota, OSHA 40 Hazmat trained, and a six-year Honey Stinger Ambassador. MAP Board member since August 2025

Wayne, NE Current Position Brian serves as the General Manager for the Lower Elkhorn Natural Resources District (LENRD), where he oversees long-range planning, budgeting, and policy implementation supporting groundwater management and rural water systems across a 15-county region. He has been with LENRD since 2007, advancing from a field technician to his current leadership role, and brings extensive experience in public policy, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and interagency collaboration. Educational Background: Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Memberships, Certifications, and Associations: Brian serves on the Nebraska Water Resources Association Board and the Groundwater Management District Association Board, and is a member of the Nebraska Water Task Force. MAP Board Member Since June 2026
