About the event

The purpose of this webinar is to provide an overview to participants of the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of small community onsite wastewater systems. The session will focus on recognizing and resolving common problems such as system overuse, improper design, poor installation, and routine maintenance challenges. Participants will learn practical do’s and don’ts for protecting system performance, preventing failures, and responding to basic operational issues. The webinar will also introduce key resources and guidance tools that can help communities identify problems, make informed decisions, and connect with appropriate technical assistance when more complex issues arise.
